Refund policy

Dragon Forge Armoury does not offer refunds on custom orders.

We will gladly repair items with faulty materials or workmanship.

If item has been abused, or mistreated in any way, an hourly fee for repairs will be charged in advance of work completed, with customer agreement in writing.

In all cases, customer pays return shipping. Dragon Forge Armoury will pay shipping back to customer on repaired item.
