CUSTOM ORDERS

See something you love but want to customize it? No problem, but there are a few things you need to know before you place a custom order.

PREPAID - because customization means we are creating an item specifically for 
you, all custom orders MUST be prepaid, including shipping

RETURNS - there are no returns on custom orders

REFUNDS - there are no refunds on custom orders

REPAIRS - will be made free of charge to items with manufacturing defects. Items that have been abused will be repaired, and an hourly rate will apply.
